Rumour Control and 2008

As some of you will have been aware, we were looking into the possibility of expanding Margot's into the shop nextdoor.Sadly, this is not going to happen, the numbers just did not add up.Such is life, it's not something that will make me jump into the Harbour.

But going through the process has given us some ideas for 2008.We will be have a new member of staff from mid January in the shape of Lewis, who will be my 2nd Chef.He joins us from Seven Bays Bistro.This will allow us to open on Mondays, and be able to cope with more guests at lunch time.The plan is for Monday to be my night off, so do bare that in mind when booking your tables.If you want to avoid my cooking and insults COME ON A MONDAY NIGHT!!!!

Opening on Mondays will start just as soon as Lewis is comfortable with the strange workings of my mind and kitchen.
