Sorry that i've not posted in a while (OK OK a very long time)This pesky Bistro has been a bit busy, and the town is heaving.Plans are afoot which are taking up any spare time i have.Will let you know more when i can, but if your looking to invest, oh lets say £150,000 then do email me!
Custard has been open for a month now, hearing good things, and i'm there for lunch in a couple of weeks for a friends birthday, so expect a full report later.
We have had 2 days recently with "guests" in the kitchen
1) Simon,40 something travel writer, foodie type bloke currently in China on the latest leg of his world tour see the "EAT MY GLOBE" link for more
2) Billy, 14, drummer and very hard worker
always nice to have new people to show what we do backstage.
