Reservations...goes Hi Tech!

We are trying out some very clever software to organise our diary.Initially this means putting in alot of data from the "real" diary, but as more and more regulars are entered, the system will save us a lot of time on the phone taking phone numbers etc. It has loads of great features such as letting us make notes about guests diets etc, reminders for particular days, keeps a track of guests reservation history.It will also be a whole lot easier to read than my untidy scrawl in the diary!

My fave feature is that will text our guests a reminder of their booking 48 hours before, hopefully reducing "No Shows", which , as a very small bistro, can make a big difference.
